All orders are subject to our full Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All prices shown include VAT at 15% where applicable.
Do you deliver anywhere?:At this time we can only deliver to UK addresses, Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery: We aim to deliver your order in 14 working days or before.
We hold no stock unless otherwise stated so your footwear is ordered especially for you and as soon as it arrives from the factory we ship goods using Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery. This is part of the standard delivery charge associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service. We advise you make sure somebody is present at the delivery address as a signature is required. Regalos cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, although we will do everything to help if items are delayed.
Delivery costs:All costs will be shown on check out.
Postage is charged at just £4.50 for one pair, £6.45 for two pairs, £8.00 for three pairs and £12.00 for four or more pairs. This covers all UK postcodes and postcodes beginning with BT.
Unfortunately Republic of Ireland orders are charged at £9.50 per pair. For delivery costs outside these areas a postage quote will be sent first.
Returns: We allow 28 days for the return of goods for exchange or refund. We refund the cost price of the goods, not including the postage charge. You are liable for all costs of returning goods; we recommend you get a proof of postage certificate when sending by Royal Mail. Regalos cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. All goods must be in the same condition as when received.
Stock and Special Offers: All special offers and stock are subject to availability. All photographs are for illustration purposes only.
Ordering: All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. We do not charge credit card orders until the goods are available for dispatch. Web site prices may differ from store and printed boot catalogue.

Regalos are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We sometimes send out a monthly e-mail, If you wish not to receive any more full instructions are provided about cancelling this service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not send random marketing e-mails to personal e-mail addresses (Spam).
The type of information we will collect about you includes: You Name, Address, Phone Number e-mail Address and credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without you're explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening, However this will prevent you from ordering. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
