Have them delivered to your door. Even better, have them sent to your place of work, your friends house, or anywhere you know someone will be in to sign for your latest purchase.

What happens if my footwear does not fit?

Every Purchase arrives with an advice sheet and a returns form, simply fill it out and return it with your purchase.

If you need to exchange a pair for a size up or down we DO NOT charge you again for the postage, it's FREE to all UK Mainland addresses.

If you simply require a refund we will process the refund on the day the goods arrive back in stock. No waiting! See terms and conditions for full and boring details.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

We aim to deliver within 14 days. While this is not a guarantee you can be sure we are doing our best to meet or beat this time scale. Don’t forget, we do not charge your card until the order is ready to ship.

How do I order?

Simply select your size by clicking the button and click “add to cart.” Your shopping cart appears on the left. Once you have all the styles you need, click on CHECKOUT.

Don’t worry if you do not have an account. You do not need one to purchase. Check your basket then follow the instructions.

What payment methods can I use?

We take all major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Switch / Maestro, Amex, etc. You can also choose "Invoice before delivery". In this case we send out an invoice and you can return it with a cheque, postal orders, bankers cheque or cash.

How much is postage?

Postage is charged at just £4.50 for one pair, £6.45 for two pairs, £8.00 for three pairs and £12.00 for four or more pairs. This covers all UK postcodes and postcodes beginning with BT.

Unfortunately Republic of Ireland orders are charged at £9.50 per pair. For delivery costs outside these areas a postage quote will be sent first.

Do I need an Account before I buy?

No. If you do sign up for an account it just saves you having to put in all your details next time. You just need to enter your credit card details as we DO NOT keep those on file.

Do I have to order on your website?

Returns Policy.

You have a full 28 days to return your unworn purchases. Our returns form is also a refund form. Simply fill it out and return it with the goods. We process all refunds on the day the goods are received. See terms and conditions for full and boring details.
