Line Dancers Oxford

A few improvements have been made to make an ideal oxford shoe for our type of dancing. The leather sole has been made slightly thinker and an extra piece of leather added to the heel to give much needed impact protection and cushioning.

Super soft and light Leather uppers mould to the feet on the first wear.

Bloch Practice Shoe

The Bloch Practice shoe is a staple for dancers of any style. It has a low wide Cuban heel and a full shank to provide heel and arch support to the dancer who will be spending multiple hours teaching, rehearsing or social dancing.

This shoe has adjustable laces, as well as perforated leather, which help comfort tired feet and accommodate any widening that occurs after multiple hours of dancing. The soles are fully suede for maximum performance in spins, turns and stops on multiple types of floor.

Another unique feature of the practice shoe is the "V" shaped stretch side, which allows the dancer to make a longer line with their leg for a more refined look on a Monterey or Sweep.

Footwear Symbols and Shoe Care

As you know, Regalos already give you the best value for money but to give you even more we have provided a few tips on how to care for your shoes. Caring for your shoes in the correct way will help prolong the life of them, so here are a few tips and information to help you

Before you polish your shoes remove any dust or dirt.

Clean and protect your shoes regularly using the correct products. We recommend the Woly Shoe Care products and Collonil Waterstop. If you need any advice on shoe care please feel free to contact us as we are always happy to help.

If your shoes have a waxed leather upper, regularly use dubbin or a leather conditioner to keep the leather supple.

Suede uppers will look their best when brushed, Woly have a good selection of bushes that are gentle enough for the job.

Allow wet footwear to dry naturally. Do not dry your footwear using an artificial heat source as this will damage the uppers.

Try to alternate your footwear. This allows the insole area to breath and helps keep odours at bay.

Allow your Brand new leather soled footwear to be “worn in” before wearing them in wet weather. Wearing them on a dry day will help protect the leather and extend the life of the footwear.
